Who We Are Nugren is an agritech on a mission to revolutionize the aquaculture continuum. Nugren also builds, trains and offer consultancy in the eco-friendly Ahotor oven. This eco-friendly oven has the following advantages over the conventional chorkor oven, and the gas fired ovens- It uses less firewood - making it economical and a cost effective- It produces even less smoke - making it very eco-friendly and benefit the operator's safety and health wise- Fish processed with it are safe from Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) which are quite dangerous for human consumption- And it's a new technology but based on the old system of smoking fish - making it easy to adopt and use without a steep learning curve.
