Uniquely, Nujeed is the pioneer in offering a Matching service whereby a company has the access and ability to interact and engage with talent to employ and job seekers to evaluate until they are employable Furthermore, to help control the widely spread attrition of Saudi employees, Nujeed generates a matching environment between the two parties based on the wish-list concept, thus providing each side with the opportunity to know about and assess the other before a formal employment contract is issued.
