A ‘Tech for a Better World’ innovation award winning device, that uses connected beacons to create the world’s first labour health database. The Numii project is a cutting-edge scale that deciphers efforts and gestures without wearables. It allows you to gain valuable insight into your operations, with the creation of smart factory digital twins. These twins translate physical movements present on the floor into a useful dataset. Henceforth, you’ll be using real-time data from real life situations, you’ll be able to truly see what’s going on in your plant and build up production lines accordingly. Adapting your factory to reality will no longer be fantasy. Moreover, decrypting this data will allow us to truly understand working strategies, to precisely pinpoint causes of MSD (musculoskeletal disorders), and to better design the industrial tools of tomorrow, especially in human/robot interactions.
