Georgina Hickman founded NuMindSet in 2020. Sarah Bayliss joined the team in 2022. NuMindSet's mission is to empower others to take control of their mental and physical health by transforming the way they think about their nutrition and lifestyle choices. NuMindSet provides its clients with insights into how their diet and environment may affect their mental performance and wellbeing. It offers an explanation for why they may be experiencing certain symptoms and what they can do about them. It supports individuals and groups to change their behaviour and move towards optimal mental and physical health. Georgina and Sarah are both BANT registered Nutritionists from corporate backgrounds. Sarah's area of special interest is using nutrition and lifestyle medicine to combat stress and avoid burnout. Georgina is passionate about the mind-body connection and specialises in mental wellbeing. Together they make a formidable team and are an asset to any organisation wanting to improve employee performance and wellbeing.
