PROCESS ENGINEERING Our skilled team from Technical Department uses latest CAD 2D/3D design software and CAM programming. Each project is carried out in close collaboration with the customer, from conception through to finished products, addressing any request for customization. The constant exchange of information speeds up both the engineering and industrialization of the product. TOOLS DESIGN AND PRODUCTION Our production department is equipped to produce tools and sheet metal stamping dies from design to final testing, thanks to our constantly renovated fleet of CNC machines, which includes milling machines, vertical machining centers, EDM Wire Cut and tangential grinding machines. Managing the entire production cycle internally enables us to oversee production as well as to spare time between product conception and its manufacturing. Both dies and blanking parts are worked in our stamping department or delivered to the customer to be worked in his/her own plant. SHEET METAL STAMPING Thanks to servo-controlled mechanical presses up to 500 tons, our stamping department is able to process steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper and high-strength steel strips and sheets from 0.3 to 10 mm thick in strip and up to 15 mm thick in sheet. We have experience in serving many different industries such as: automotive, mechanics and electro-mechanics, construction, agricultural machinery, furnishing, energy, transmissions and material handling. We are extremely flexible, as we can produce blanking parts from customer’s dies or alternatively develop the dies together in our technical department. We implemented Industry 4.0 in the whole production process, which allows us to monitor the whole cycle in real time.
