I’m Dr Menka Gupta, Singapore’s & India's first Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) and a specialist in longevity medicine, epigenetics, and precision medicine. For over 13 years, I’ve helped individuals prevent disease, restore energy, balance hormones, and extend their healthspan through a science-based, root-prevention approach. My practice combines advanced diagnostics—including epigenetic testing, gut and hormone analysis, and individualised biochemistry markers—with decades of clinical experience across Singapore, the UK, and India.
