Nutritional Analysis According to the food labeling Regulations, almost all prepackaged food products require a Nutrition Facts table on the package. Food scientists at Nutricess have extensive experience in the analysis of food products and developing the required data for a Nutrition Facts table. Thanks to our comprehensive data bank of nutrition facts of food products, collected from private and public databases, we are also able to calculate the nutrition facts of new products considering the formulation, production method, and processing conditions of the product.
