Nutrihealing offers a taylor made service to clients and explains the effects that food has on the body so that they can enjoy a healthier, happier life and appreciate food in a different way. Our bodies are unique, and each of us will respond differently to the food we eat, the response will either be positive or negative both on the physical level and mentally. At Nutrihealing my aim is to help the client create a greater understanding of their current health and any emotional issues which are connected to the way they feel and think about food. I specialise in working with people who have weight problems and looking at the emotional link that drives their behaviour! by using NLP, Time Line therapy & Hypnosis we can explore their emotional issues and help to reprogramme the way they think about food on the unconscious level. I hope to leave you feeling empowered again and excited as you take your first steps on the journey to health and happiness again. NLP is a set of tools and techniques which we use to encourage people to let go of their negative thoughts, beliefs and make permanent changes to their lives. It works on the unconscious level of the mind; which runs our body and represents our internal representation of how we feel, think and react to situations.
