Nutty Biscotti

Nutty Biscotti is a woman-owned, small family business based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The brand was created by Claudia Morales, who, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, followed her passion for the creative world of fine cooking by attending the California Culinary Academy. After graduating, she worked at several fine dining establishments in San Francisco, California, where she learned to make biscotti. Ever since then, she has gotten more and more creative in tweaking her recipes, making her biscotti her family’s go-to gift. Family, friends and coworkers loved them so much that they requested to purchase them as gifts for their own friends and family. Through life’s comings and goings, Nutty Biscotti has been enjoyed and sold in several countries.
