Really friendly, enthusiastic and motivated, are just three words that describe me as a person and as a trainer. My desire to help others improve is what made me fall in love with personal training, therefore if you hire me as your trainer, I will give my all to see you succeed and improve. My personal experience playing semi professional football and now training in the world of crossfit, really allowed me to experience for myself what the elite level athletes go through on a daily basis to get where they are. Having said this, I can provide services for sport specific training, such as footballers or rugby players, beginner training, for people that has never been to a gym or simply for intermidiate level, people that are not elite athletes but not beginners. I've always had a deep love for health and fitness, had the ability to inject positivity into others when times were tough, that's why I will be the best fit for you, because even when times get tough, I will be there as your trainer to support you?
