We are a dedicated group of caring specialists Our specialist groups include; Podiatrists and Coming soon; Dentists, Optometrists, Mental health Professionals, Podiatrists and Physical Therapists. Our Mission-"We help Aging Patients" Our Vision-"Be the Pre-eminent Ancillary Care provider" We provide onsite services to patients residing in Nursing homes and Assisted living facilities. These patients would typically have long travel times to local providers in larger cities and many are unable to tolerate the trip. NWCare teams make facility visits statewide in Oregon. Our coverage area extends from the Coast; Astoria to Gold coast, Willamette valley; Portland to Eugene, I-5 Corridor; including Medford Grants pass; Central Oregon; The Dalles, Redmond and Bend; Eastern Oregon; Pendleton, Burns, John day and Ontario. NWCare will soon be including service areas in Washington State and Idaho.
