Nexustest Instruments (Semight) – Industry-leading KGD test handlers such as the PB6600, engineered for SiC power chip testing with high throughput and precision. Intotest – Compact, high-speed handlers designed for very small packages with flexible configurations and low operating costs. Corbest Development Limited – Back-end automation systems and mold chase solutions compatible with major automold brands (Asahi, Daichi, Towa).
