I find that this understanding also enables me to quickly resolve any issues that arise during the construction process in accordance with the owner’s preferences. I take a hands-on approach, attending weekly meetings with the owner and the architect. Very few general contractors take the time to be present onsite in such a capacity. Much of our success is attributed to our longstanding relationships with top professionals in areas such as architecture, design, demolition, framing, masonry, plumbing, dry wall, electrical, carpentry, and woodwork. Together we work collaboratively to resolve any problems that arise without requiring intervention from the project owner.
