Nycartscypher

The NycArtsCypher is an official 501c3 NPO that promotes positive values through arts and entertainment. The "Cypher" is a creative venue that provides programs, projects, events, and a vast spectrum of creative services. The target demographic for the NPO is teens and emerging artists. The current programs offered are: MURAL-a grafitti arts program that gives kids the opportunity to practice graffiti art in a responsible manner, CYPHER CYNDIKIT- urban dance programs that teach teamwork through routines, BREAKOUT- a media arts program spotlighting positive A and E activities. The venue hosts all arts and entertainment events like music showcases, dance competitions, and art exhibitions. Creative services offered are Video Production, Murals, and all GFX design. The NycArtsCypher is the creation of Charlie Balducci and is located at 12 Broad Street Staten Island 10304 with other locations pending.
