choose Nykei = choose full service Nykei bvba was founded in 1998, to serve some of Africa’s biggest steel buyers and industrialists. Their mainly needs consisted of refurbished forklifts, port equipment and mobile cranes to support their business. Through the years regular visits and mouth-to-mouth publicity in the field, made the Nykei customer base grow rapidly and broaden towards other industries like food processing companies, paper industries, the transport sector & terminals, all in East and West Africa. A next obvious step was the installation of an efficient spare parts department. Nykei moved into a bigger office, close to the Port of Antwerp. Our in house warehousing facilities make it easier to organize the stock properly and send out spare parts on a daily base. Through the years Nykei started building a network of local agencies in Africa. They are now active in Cameroon, Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana. In Kenya, we have our own entity Nykei East Africa serving not only customers in Mombasa and Nairobi, but also in Tanzania, Uganda and the other East African countries and islands.
