With capabilities in plastic injection moulds, special purpose built equipment, precision machining and components, we provide services to a diverse range of industries, including Aviation, Agriculture, Construction, Defence, Food and Beverage, Medical, Transport, Mining and Renewable Energy. At Nylastex, we have developed a reputation for innovative thinking and consistent high quality machining processes of complex products and components. These qualities have allowed us to retain and build a diverse customer base, away from the automotive industry, over the last decade. This diversification, coupled with laser scanning, 3D design, high-tech equipment and highly-skilled qualified personnel, gives us the capability to complete projects from concept to final commissioning, followed by after sale service and repairs. Our manufacturing facility is well-equipped and houses a comprehensive range of precision equipment, including 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machine Centres, 3 and 4 Axis CNC EDM Machines, 5 axis CNC Router, 5 Axis CNC Wire Cut Machines, Reverse Engineering, Laser Scanning and Inspection capabilities. Nylastex has ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation, along with a NATA Accredited Laboratory for Inspection and Reporting operating from the same premises.
