Our client base, includes a sizeable proportion of personal service companies. As a result, we are experts in the IR35 (disguised employee) rules, and provide tailored tax advice to contractors. We are a PCG accredited accountant. Our services include the provision of the full range of accountancy compliance services as well as tax planning and advice. Our audit registration allows us to carry out ISA compliant audits for our larger clients. Unlike traditional firms, we charge an all inclusive annual fee - we don't charge our clients for each and every phone call. As we are a small firm, we pay particular attention to providing personal tailored advice, building trust and relationship in the process.
