O Gambuzino

Google maps + reviews: https://goo.gl/maps/W1prhVimnrVxP8cb7 Restaurant at Rua dos Anjos 5A, Lisboa (Anjos/Intendente) With a respectful approach to the environment and our bodies in mind, we’re all about good food and good times that resonates with and harvests the power of life without harm. We blend nostalgia and creativity with contemporary and traditional techniques, exploring the potential of plants and fermentation. We're dedicated to handcrafting many things in-house, utilizing 'rescued' produce and locally sourced suppliers as much as possible; all of which you can observe being prepared daily. Our space is your space. Feel welcome to eat, drink, and be.
