Formed in 2015 by Malaysian Ar. Edric Choo Poo Liang, O2DA (O2 Design Atelier + CPLA (Choo Poo Liang Architect) is based on the model of the creative industries. O2DA’s works are not restricted to a specific style but rather respond to the nature of the projects, site contexts, local culture, and formal architecture language. We believe climatic change is a very important issue. We explore the intersections of culture and social behavior to inform innovative design. Each project is the result of a meticulous, in-depth design process rather than preconceived end results. These involve listening to our clients, understanding their needs and aspirations, and producing bespoke, design-led solutions. O2DA explores integrated design for the built environment, moving between master planning, architectural, landscape, interior and lighting, and furniture design. O2DA has Completed various types of projects in Singapore while working and some projects locally after setting up his own practice. The company has also won many Local and International competitions and received various awards locally and internationally. O2DA’s projects have been well published locally and internationally.
