Oakcrest Management is a fully integrated real estate investment company with over 30 years of operating experience in real estate development, construction and property management. Our primary business is to create income producing investments that are properly located, designed, and operated, with long-term investment goals. All construction activities are supervised by company personnel thereby ensuring the quality required for long-term investment. All multi-tenant projects are managed by staff personnel with on-site computer systems, thus allowing instantaneous access and daily review by the central management. Currently, we service over 300 clients involved in domestic and international business activities. Oakcrest Management manages 73 properties owned by John W. Drennan (the Drennan Companies, et al). These companies are a combination of various diverse real estate ventures, including mini-storage facilities, commercial warehouses, executive centers, retail centers, residential housing, farm and ranch land, and raw land.
