The let only service includes property valuation, advertising, viewings, credit and guarantor checks, paperwork issued, deposit and first rent collection. We also offer cost effective paperwork renewals if a client remains in the property. In addition we offer advice to Landlords on how to best present your property to gain the highest rent. We can also discuss new incentives within the rental market and keep you aware of changes in law in terms of your obligations as a Landlord. The management service includes all of the above and in addition we collect your rent monthly and chase late payments. We also facilitate maintenance via a trusted list of suppliers and carryout property inspections on your behalf. We are currently looking for new properties in Belfast City Centre, particularly apartments. We have a waiting list of clients currently interested in these type of lettings.
