OakPoint is a vertically integrated firm with a diverse portfolio in commercial, multifamily, office, residential, and industrial real estate. We underwrite conservatively, think entrepreneurially, and give generously with our time and resources. Founded in 2011, to date we have made over half a billion dollars in investments, primarily in our home states of Texas and Tennessee. Our industry relationships, analytical approach, and vision help us identify opportunities others may not see. We invest our own capital alongside our outside investors in every project and maximize investment performance through a hands-on, future-driven mentality. Our in-house staff has deep experience across a range of execution strategies and asset classes in our core markets and beyond. This gives us the ability to handle all aspects of an investment’s life cycle in-house.
