Oakwater Projects are an affordable and private housing development specialist based in Cambridge and operating throughout the South East. We are best known for procuring land & build packages for registered providers but we also offer s106 agency and a range of complimentary consultancy services. Recent projects • Brentford Lock West - 58 residential dwellings - acquired FP for affordable housing • West Hendon Broadway - 43 residential dwellings - affordable land & build package • Electric Quarter, Ponders End - 53 residential dwellings - s106 negotiation • Horton Road, Hillingdon - 87 residential dwellings - affordable land & build package • Red Lion Court, Greenford - 48 residential dwellings - affordable land & build package Land requirements • Residential/mixed-use schemes (ideally new build, refurbishments considered). • With/without planning consent (consented preferred). • Minimum apartment density 25-30 units, no maximum. • Minimum housing density 10, no maximum. Areas of interest Our core locations include Greater London outside of zone 2 and the throughout the Home Counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Middlesex, Surrey, and Sussex). We can also consider sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire. Potentially major cities throughoutt the United Kingdom for the right project. Funding & structures We have access to funding to acquire sites under our own steam and also act as lead consultants creating packaged (land & build) turnkey products in partnership with contractor partners for RP & PRS clients. We are more than willing to pay introductory fees if you’re not retained. And we’ll happily confirm the instruction of an appointed agent on any private new home sales (where possible).
