SafetyPlastic protects occupants from head-injuries and side-injuries due to contact with interior surfaces of passenger vehicles, including roofs, doors, and side-panels. Our company is ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certified and utilizes Lean Six Sigma Principles, having a Certified Black Belt on staff. SafetyPlastic has been certified in the roof structures of all major car manufacturers to meet head-injury criteria (HICd) of FMVSS 201. GM and Ford have certified SafetyPlastic in their doors structures to meet rib deflection and pelvic/pubic acceleration of FMVSS 214.
