Moleche, ostriche e vongole, sono allevate, controllate e confezionate per proporle a un mercato della ristorazione sempre più attento ai colori, ai profumi e ai sapori del mare. EN - At the Gargamelle Oasis … - the mollusks and crustaceans are stress free within the 32 hectares park. The breeding water is compliant with EU regulations for class A on a microbiological level and thus the mollusks need not be sent to a purification center- area pollution is minimal. Gargamelle Oasis is within the Parco del Gargano, the Italian National Park with a very rich biodiversity- transport and storage times are reduced to a minimum, as compared to the competition, since the breeding area is just a few meters away from the packaging center- the seafood takes on unique flavors. Thanks to the use of breeding water with several different levels of salinity, the edi-ble portions take on distinct characteris-tics. We offer not only high quality products and health inspections for our mollusks, but also great care in packaging, person-alization, and attention to logistics.
