An experienced IT professional of 15 yrs. I can efficiently and skillfully resolve computing, applications, on end user’s client and their applications. Have resolving issue with Windows 10/11 environment on the Desktop side as well the OEM/BIOS hardware configuration. On the flip side, I can provide support using JAMF (Casper) as the macOS mobile device deployment server. My strengths lie with utilizing “MECM” Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to manage Intune and Autopilot. Have created images for Windows 7, 8, and 10 using SCCM and now mobile device management. I have resolved issue with Citrix VDI’s access and environment in Workspace version 22.10. Another key skill set is utilizing Active Directory Domain Services assisting end users experiencing network account access or blocked and network shared drive permissions effecting computers, and I now use the latest version called Azure Active Directory.
