Obaigo will set up agent booths across all towns in every region including the rural areas. This agent booths will serve as storage spaces for goods on transit and last mile delivery hub. With delivery agent booths we will be able to equally distribute and sort the Malaria commodities equitable across all regions and arrange them according to routes then connect them with drivers on the ground who are able to deliver to the last mile. Using the USSD technology, this will also serve Drivers and Senders who do not have smart phones. With the help of Agents at every agent booth across all regions, internal data and information flows of remote healthcare facilities, use of unregulated private sector are channeled for a better feedback on how we will improve in the future. Besides being a same day and last mile delivery company, Obaigo is able to improve its systems through the feedback of the agents on the ground.
