Our production facility was designed from the ground up to process samples starting from all starting materials. Send us genomic DNA, colony plates, glycerol stocks, cell pellets, plasmids, PCR product, or even sequence reactions ready to load. We can handle them all. Using a proprietary mix of reagents and protocols we have developed a cost effective method for sequencing difficult templates (high GC content, high Tm hairpins, motif-repeats) routinely and offer this protocol for free for all orders.
