This restaurant group was founded by Fukushu Restaurant Concepts. With a polished casual approach, OBON Sushi + Bar + Ramen is the spot for an unconventional and memorable dining experience. The menu features an array of starters, steam buns, ramen and sushi, as well as an expansive list of inventive and thoughtful cocktails. The menu was created by Chef Paulo Im who brings a strong Korean influence to the traditional Japanese flavors. The cocktail menu offers an array of unique options each with a cheeky, modern twist. The group currently has two locations: Downtown Tucson and Scottsdale Quarter. A third location, McCormick Ranch, is opening later in 2019. A fourth is in the works to open in Tempe.
