We offer an outsourced (virtual) credit control service at a fixed fee to help business owners of all sizes. Outsourced credit control can be a welcome asset to any business, but in particular to small and medium sized businesses. Often the duties of a credit controller are assigned to someone within the business who isn’t comfortable or experienced in asking for money from customers, but there is often the concern that outsourcing credit control could lead to a breakdown in the customer relationship. We work as an extension of your business using a dedicated telephone number, your letterhead and stationary. When we contact your customer we do so as representatives of your company. The customer will see us as a department within your company which helps to maintain that all important customer relationship.
