Our specialists are also happy to take phone calls to clarify matters. For medicals completed at our direct clinics, the reports are turned-around within 8 hours… and this DOES include lab drug & alcohol testing and musculoskeletal testing. For third party medicals undertaken via our national network, the turn-around time averages 3 – 5 working days. Same-day turnaround can also be achieved for some third party clinics, as well as extend to 10 working days for those that are very remote.
