WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU? OccuWorks aims to simplify the administration in the medico-legal process for all role players by providing the following services: • OccuWorks is a Centralised Assessment Centre for all appointments with experts within the OccuWorks Network; • Scheduling of appointments with three associated specialities i.e. Orthopaedic Surgeon, Occupational Therapist and Industrial Psychologist in just ONE telephone call; • Confirmation by the Assessment Centre of all three appointments via email as well as a the provision of a reminder email prior to the assessment date; • All relevant documentation to be forwarded to the Assessment Centre, which will then be made available to all experts; • Three expert appointments are scheduled within 2-3 consecutive days limiting travel and accommodation costs; • No administrative coordination required from the referral source to ensure availability of the expert within the OccuWorks Network; • Delivery of reports from all the experts within the OccuWorks Network within six weeks; • Delivery of reports requiring opinions of experts outside of the OccuWorks Network within six to eight weeks pending receipt of all documentation; • OccuWorks Network Specialists aim to provide a collaborative opinion about each individual; • All queries can be directed to and dealt with at one central point.
