OCD Wellness specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). OCD Wellness also utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training, along with Cognitive Behaviour Intervention for Tics, for Obsessive Compulsive Related Disorders. OCD Wellness is passionate and dedicated to bridging the gap in service to support individuals and families through their OCD journey.
