Director, Brooke Williams, has enjoyed working in SME and corporate businesses since early 1990’s in Perth and Sydney, performing successfully for many years in Sales Marketing, Service Operations and as a Change Management Consultant. With a love for business and people, Brooke followed her interests to further develop her skills and understanding of human development, performance and relationship management. In 2012, this led to a change of direction when she took on the role as a founding director of not-for-profit organisation, The Vishrant Buddhist Society. In 2017, she co-founded Restful Waters, a wellness centre dedicated to helping people raise their conscious awareness to thrive in life. Since 2021, her focus has been on launching Ocean Crest. Brooke’s private practice for specialised consulting and counselling services encompasses her wealth of business knowledge and compassionate care for people who wish to feel whole again and deeply connected and engaged in their professional and personal lives. As a professional psychotherapist and counsellor Brooke is equipped to assist individuals, couples and teams to work through challenges and conflicts with acknowledgement, understanding and compassionate action. Brooke develops a collaborative and transparent relationship with her clients to assist them in clarifying concerning issues, developing skillful means and providing a safe and supportive environment in which they can explore, examine and resolve any issues they might be facing in life.
