Ocean LNG was established by affiliates of Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil in 2016 as a marketing entity for their jointly developed international LNG resources. The Company is managed and operates from the State of Qatar. Currently, Ocean LNG is primarily marketing LNG to be produced by the Golden Pass LNG Export Project (Golden Pass) located in Texas, USA. Earlier this year, Ocean LNG entered into a binding LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Golden Pass Products LLC to purchase all the LNG volumes to be produced by Golden Pass. Our objective is to market and deliver LNG to customers around the globe. Our customers are our partners – we diligently consider their needs and use our expertise to offer tailored LNG supply solutions to meet their specific energy requirements. We work closely with all of our partners to develop the optimal supply structure and deliver LNG safely and reliably.
