OceanPeak Capital is an investment firm focused on the Industrials ecosystem. We seek to partner with companies with the potential to lead their niche markets globally, as a result of their product, process or technology. We are active at all stages of the enterprise lifecycle, from Venture and Growth Capital, to Buyout and finally Special Situations (debt and operational restructurings). We are part of the Pavillon Group, a platform seeking to drive the transformation of European Industry across a systemic approach to value creation. We are combining the strength of a strategic buyer with the agility inspired by the Private Equity model: disciplined and agile buyer and seller of businesses, with the ability to strategically and operationally drive value in collaboration with management. We plan to deliver above-market returns by combining our skillsets: a partnership between proven Private Equity investors and operations experts specialised in transformation and digitisation of midmarket industrial companies.
