Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides flexible financing products for affordable housing and neighborhood development projects which serve to strengthen low-income communities across our region. Since 2002, OCFC has partnered with investors, lenders, developers, government agencies, and community organizations to raise capital and deploy it to impactful projects in the form of predevelopment financing, acquisition financing, equity bridge/construction loan financing, and permanent financing. OCFC is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and the Opportunity Finance Network.
