Other relevant equipment include e-beam evaporators, PECVDs, ICP, RIE, AFM, spectrophotometer, and SEM. All the while the regular work progresses, we work constantly towards the goal of housing our own deposition systems and a characterization laboratory for strengthening the regional photonics industry and research capabilities.
