Odn Oregon

ODN Oregon exists to advance the careers and practice of its members and the profession. We are a group of professionals dedicated to organization improvement who come from a wide variety of industries. We provide opportunities to learn, connect, and give back to the community for anyone interested in improving organizations. We serve current and aspiring practitioners, consultants and educators, who are internal and /or external, in Organization Development (OD) and related fields. We also service managerial leaders across disciplines whose success is tied to creating highly successful work groups.
