After over 25 years of providing organization development consulting and training to a wide variety of organizations, Paul Crotty and Sandra LaJeunesse are now primarily focused on offering leadership coaching and consulting. We believe that if leaders aspire to be the best they can be, they must commit to a rigorous process of self-examination. Through a confidential coaching process, using leadership assessments when appropriate, we help leaders become more authentic, to better utilize their strengths and be open about fears and challenges to achieve extraordinary results.
