Offshore Stainless Supplies Ltd is the UK’s most trusted and reputable manufacturer and stockholder of cold drawn stainless steel and nickel alloy bars, as well as being the world’s largest stockholder of 1.4003 stainless steel. We process a range of cold-drawn rounds, hexagons, squares, flat bar, and our own cut-to-length facilities for 1.4003 sheet from coils, for both stock and specific customer orders. Specialising in duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and other exotic grades of material, Offshore Stainless Supplies has the ability to cold draw unique long lengths with close tolerance sections, in round, hexagon, rectangular and square sections, for the production of many of our customers unique products such as valve bodies and fasteners. Today, we are recognised as the quality standard in cold drawn bar having been manufacturing high quality product for over 20 years. Offshore Stainless Supplies is also the largest independent stockholder of 1.4003 stainless steel sheet, plate, strip and box section. 1.4003 is a ferritic stainless steel that is often used in place of mild steel. It offers the benefits of more highly alloyed stainless steels such as strength, corrosion and abrasion resistance, durability and low maintenance, but 1.4003 stainless steel is weldable and formable, allowing it to be fabricated using conventional techniques. Operating from two sites in Walsall in the West Midlands, we have a huge stock inventory of stainless steel, duplex and nickel alloy grades, offering customised solutions to meet our customer’s specific requirements, and supplying products to more than 50 countries worldwide.
