OFL Group I a private diversified business group that manages and finances two subsidiaries that are into the manufacturing and trading of PPE’s. The factory is located at Dompim-Pepesa in the Western Region with its administrative office also located at Accra. The subsidiary businesses are: 1. Leader Rubber Co.Ltd 2. Leader Gloves Co. Ltd Leader Rubber Co. Ltd Leader rubber Co.Ltd started its operation in 1987, the company is a family and wholly owned Ghanaian business that has gone through various business transformation and currently operates on good cooperate governance principles and has also expanded its operations from a sq.m premises to a 12,400 sq.m factory premises. Leader rubber Co.Ltd manufacturers Wellington boots, industrial safety boots, security boots and imports other complementary PPE's like reflector vest, Overalls, leather gloves, ear plugs, helmet etc. Our wellington boots has a brand name ‘leader boots’, the industrial safety boots has a brand name ‘leader safety’. Leader Gloves Leader Gloves was established in the year 2018 with an interim focus to import medical rubber gloves whilst awaiting the setting up and completion of its gloves factory that will be the single largest glove manufacturing plant in West- Africa. The company imports powdered and non-powdered latex gloves, powdered and non-powdered nitrile gloves from well known brands from Malaysia and Thailand. It is anticipated that by last quarter of 2024 our first production plant will be ready for commercial production.
