Spolupráce týmu ve složení Matěj Ondruch, Luboš Františák a Viktor Schwab započala již v roce 2019. Na základě několika úspěchů ve veřejných soutěžích založili spolupracovníci v roce 2021 společnost ofschem architekti s.r.o, která se v současnosti rozrůstá o další členy. Studio nabízí kreativní přístup s citem pro hledání genia loci při tvorbě městského prostředí. Nedílnou součástí práce je snaha o důvtipný koncept a promyšlená dispoziční i prostorová řešení s důrazem na kvalitu použitých materiálů. Nejdůležitější je ovšem synergie celého týmu vkládaná do architektonické tvorby.
