07 December 2024 is the day when the company Medibase srl has decided to transfer its operating branch of the company to the company Oftalpharma s.r.l through a partial spin-off of its operating branch of the company Medibase Srl to the company Oftalpharma S.r.l. This operation will allow us to be more competitive and performing, and to be able to offer you an increasingly 360° service. Medibase Group is one of the first Italian companies operating within the nutraceutical, phytotherapy and medical nutrition sector since 1995 and from 2004 operates also in ophthalmic field under brand Oftalpharma. The passion for the well-being and health combined with pharmaceutical expertise of CEO and the company founder graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical technologies at University of Florence are the guarantee of innovative, functional and high-quality products. Medibase products are dedicated to General Practitioners and Specialist medical doctors, and they are distributed in Italy through pharmacies and sold to private and public hospitals.
