Short History and background of the OGC; OGC’s owner and leadership Ozkan Bahar was graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1994. After then, he worked as a banker for 17 years in 7 different banks. He always worked as a commercial and corporate banker. His last 6 years was as a Commercial Branch Manager. In banking career, he has taken a lot of personel development trainings. One of them was ‘In House Coaching’ for the managers. After finishing the banking career he has taken 2 Levels of ‘Professional Coaching Training’ and 2 levels of professional ‘NLP Training’ from the ID Coaching International.
