OGGI BE provides therapy to help people feel at home, alive, and empowered in their bodies and their lives. We provide yoga therapy to help people partner with their body and their nervous system to support their mental health and a vibrant, harmonious life. Yoga therapy uses the body as the primary tool for self-exploration and engaging in life change. It bridges the ancient wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhism with contemporary understandings of the mind and nervous system. Yoga therapy is not yoga instruction; it's a holistic therapy informed by yoga and other Eastern philosophies and practices. Most clients don't practice classroom-style yoga. Yoga therapy is available for individuals, couples, and groups. We also offer corporate wellness programs on self-regulation, resilience, stress management, leadership, and more. Yoga therapy is available in person in our offices in South Burlington and East Calais, and also online. We provide rewilding experiences to rebuild the relationship between us humans and the more-than-human world. Mindful experiences in nature can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, increase attention and focus, and help with anxiety and depression. These are typically group experiences and are excellent team-building activities. We prioritize an inclusive, equitable, safe, and welcoming environment.
