Ohhema Product

Ohhema Products is a brand that produces eco-friendly and reusable sanitary napkins for women. The brand was created by a Ghanaian woman who noticed the lack of access to affordable menstrual products in rural communities in Ghana, and how menstruation was stigmatized in society. She wanted to change the narrative of period shaming and empower women to have control over their menstrual health. The name “Ohhema” means “Queen” in the Twi language, which is spoken in Ghana. The brand aims to celebrate and honor women’s bodies, and to provide a product that is both sustainable and affordable.
