Ojos de Cielo is a non-profit Civil Association founded in San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina, in 2013 by Nancy Bustos. Nancy is a primary school teacher at the state school in km 19,5 of Avenida Bustillo (close to the famous Llao Llao hotel). Despite it being a beautiful tourist destination there is a harsh reality that is hidden in the social environment that runs from km 10 to km 25. In these neighbourhoods there are many children living in poverty. Nancy saw the need in the area and decided to do something.
