Ojsc Bashkirenergo

Bashkirenergo was established by the Public Property Management Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 1992. Bashkirenergo is a vertically integrated power company, which controls power generation, transission and ultimate sales to consumers. Although, operationally those three actitvites are controlled by different legal entities, as it is required by the Russian legislation.
