Hello LinkedIn! I'm delighted to introduce myself, Or Kaplan, an individual with a profound involvement in the meat industry for the past 12 years, starting from a young age of 12. My journey began when I ignited my first "Mangal"(barbecue) and since then, my passion for fire, smoke, and the alluring aroma of meat has only grown. During my adolescence, I eagerly explored various cuts of meat, from hamburgers and kebabs to poultry and premium steaks. Engrossed in this world, I would often organize memorable meat-centric experiences for my family, documenting and sharing them online. As word spread about my exceptional meat expertise, I started receiving an increasing number of requests from others who wanted to relish the same exceptional meat experiences that I had been creating for my own family. I was invited to friends' birthday parties, and families of friends would ask me to be their designated Grill Man for their Thursday gatherings. It was at that point I realized I could transform my passion into a business venture, giving birth to O.K MEAT Group.
